Board of Directors Meeting Agendas and Minutes
The board of directors hold meetings beginning at 7:30pm on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month in the Board Room located on the second floor of the district office building. The second board meeting in each month is designed to allow for more opportunity for community input and discussion.
All community members are welcome to attend either board meeting. If you would like to add an item to the Board Agenda, it must be received and approved by the Superintendent at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting date. If you are planning on attending one of the meetings and have a disability for which you will need reasonable accomidations, please contact the district office at least three working days in advance of the meeting.
The following documents are previous board meeting agendas and minutes available for download. The documents are in the Microsoft Word (.doc) format. If you do not have Microsoft Word installed on your computer, you can download a Word document viewer on Microsoft's website by visiting the following link:
Note: Microsoft currently does not make a Word viewer program for Macintosh users. If you do not have Microsoft Word installed on your Macintosh, you should have received some type of word processing software with your computer, such as AppleWorks, which will be able to convert these files to a format you can read.
