We were honored to welcome Representative Joel McEntire to Adna School District today! 🎉
Rep. McEntire represents Washington's 19th District Rep. Joel McEntire, and sits on the Education Committee and the Joint Committee on Veterans' & Military Affairs Washington State Legislature — so it was especially meaningful to have him visit and learn about the work happening right here in our classrooms.
Rep. McEntire came to see firsthand the programs and practices behind the academic growth that earned our district two OSPI achievement awards. It was a wonderful opportunity to share what our students and staff do every day with someone who is deeply invested in education across Washington State. 🏫💛
Thank you, Rep. McEntire, for making the trip out to Adna — and thank you to our entire community for making this district such a special place to learn and grow!

❄️🏔️ What an adventure! This week, our high school leadership class and foreign exchange students hit the slopes of Mt. Rainier for a guided snowshoe trip with the National Park Service! Students got a hands-on lesson in patience, adaptability, community — and yes, the importance of paperwork! 😄 A huge thank you to the National Park Service and ASB Advisor Ms. Jessica Nommensen for making this incredible experience possible! #Leadership #MtRainier #FieldTrip #ForeignExchange #Snowshoeing
